Pricing
Access Law provides a unique value proposition. The standard hourly rate for non-commercial clients is $292.50 per hour. I also provide unbundled services (i.e., legal research, litigation coaching).
Fixed Fees
I have fixed fees for standard:
- Estate Planning (Will, EPA, and PD for $900; couples for $1,200)
- Estate Administration ($2,000 +1% of net estate)
- Commissioning and notarizing ($35 +$15 for each additional document; includes travel authorizations)
- Cohabitation / Prenuptial Agreements ($1,450)
- Separation Agreements ($1,600)
